With over 40 branches, they provide expert estate and letting services rooted in the core values of support, reliability, and integrity. Their focus is on guiding individuals through their property journeys, from first-time buyers to seasoned landlords, ensuring every client receives a top-tier, personalised service.
Newton Fallowell approached us at PWF Studio to help celebrate their 25th anniversary with a dynamic, multi-channel campaign. Our objective was to create a memorable, celebratory identity that would reinforce their strong legacy and continue to position them as a leading estate agency. The campaign was designed to reflect their core values, highlight their achievements, and engage their target audience – past, present, and potential customers.
We delivered a full range of creative services, producing everything from bespoke visual identities to social media assets and print materials. Our creative approach ensured that Newton Fallowell’s 25-year milestone was showcased across multiple touchpoints, maximising brand visibility.
At the heart of the campaign was a unique identity we crafted to celebrate Newton Fallowell’s 25th anniversary. Taking inspiration from their established branding, we transformed the familiar flag icon, incorporating the flagpole into the number 5 in the ‘25’. This simple yet clever design seamlessly tied their anniversary to the company’s heritage while reinforcing the campaign’s core message: “Raising the standard of estate agency.” The new identity was used across all campaign materials, providing a cohesive and instantly recognisable visual that resonated with their audience.
To ensure high visibility in physical locations, we created striking ad boards in both landscape and portrait formats. These boards were designed to catch the eye, with bold use of Newton Fallowell’s signature colours and the bespoke 25-year identity. The ad boards communicated key messages of trust, reliability, and community, reinforcing Newton Fallowell’s role as a trusted partner in property transactions. Displayed in branch offices and across the Midlands, these posters became an effective visual representation of their anniversary campaign.
We developed a double-sided A5 flyer that served as both a marketing tool and a statement of Newton Fallowell’s environmental commitment. One side of the flyer highlighted their 25-year history and services, while the other promoted their successful tree planting campaign. This environmental initiative, with its goal of planting 25,000 trees, reinforced Newton Fallowell’s values of community and sustainability, helping to engage eco-conscious buyers and sellers.
To further expand the campaign’s reach, we also designed a strategic Rightmove web banner, ensuring their message was prominently displayed in a location where their target audience – actively looking to buy or sell – would be highly engaged.
To support the digital side of the campaign, we created a series of three emailers. These emails guided recipients through a thoughtful journey – from introducing Newton Fallowell’s 25-year milestone and services to encouraging them to take action, such as arranging property valuations or exploring new listings. Each email was designed with a clear focus on user engagement, incorporating bold visuals, bespoke iconography, and strong calls to action. The emails played a key role in maintaining customer relationships and driving engagement with both existing and potential clients.
We designed a set of bespoke icons that complemented the campaign’s visual identity and messaging. These icons were used across both digital and print materials to highlight Newton Fallowell’s core services, such as property sales, lettings, and environmental initiatives. The consistent use of this custom iconography not only added visual interest but also enhanced brand recognition and communicated key information in an easily digestible format.
A series of social media assets, including static posts and carousel ads, were created to amplify the campaign’s reach across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. These assets incorporated the 25-year identity, showcasing Newton Fallowell’s achievements while reinforcing their values of trust and support. The carousel ads, in particular, allowed for a more in-depth narrative, walking users through Newton Fallowell’s services, sustainability efforts, and community impact. Each post was designed to engage users and prompt them to learn more or visit their local Newton Fallowell branch.
To add a dynamic element to the campaign, we produced a short animation that was used across social media and online platforms. The motion graphics not only celebrated the 25-year milestone but also highlighted Newton Fallowell’s full range of services, and their commitment to customers. The animation featured the bespoke anniversary identity, weaving in elements of motion that kept the content engaging and impactful for viewers.
