Belvoir approached us with a vision: to create an evergreen sales campaign emphasizing life’s milestones and the personal goals that drive people to move home. The challenge was to align this with Belvoir’s brand values and aesthetics while showcasing their local expertise and commitment to a personalised service.
We took Belvoir’s iconic square device and explored its potential, using it in a way that hadn’t been done before while staying true to their established brand guidelines. The result was a creative and versatile campaign concept that emotionally resonated with audiences, whether they were expanding their family, downsizing, relocating, or growing their property portfolio.
We built upon Belvoir’s iconic square device, using it in a way that emphasized its role as a focal point while staying true to the brand’s guidelines. The concept “When Life Moves Beyond the Box” leveraged the square to frame key lifestyle moments, with the surrounding blurred imagery hinting at what lies ahead in the customer’s journey.

This approach allowed the campaign to resonate with diverse audiences – families, professionals, retirees, and investors – while maintaining a clear and adaptable visual identity across all formats. The message was simple and effective: When life moves beyond the box, you can count on Belvoir.
Our ad boards served as the centerpiece of the campaign. Using the tagline “When life moves beyond the box, you can count on Belvoir,” we created visually cohesive boards that paired lifestyle imagery with concise, empathetic copy. Supporting text like “Life is full of changes and new adventures. Trust us to support you through every transition,” added emotional resonance.
To drive immediate action, we integrated a QR code leading to Belvoir’s valuation tool and the dedicated hashtag #LifeBeyondTheBox, ensuring a seamless digital and physical connection.
The flyer design mirrored the ad boards, maintaining campaign consistency. We highlighted the call-to-action (CTA) using the square’s pointy detail, which directed attention to the QR code linking to the valuation tool. On the reverse, targeted messaging reinforced Belvoir’s ability to adapt to any customer’s property journey, whether they were upsizing, downsizing, or relocating.
We developed a suite of social media assets, including static designs, carousel posts, and iconography-driven content. These assets were designed to educate, inspire, and drive engagement while staying true to the campaign’s theme.
As well as this, we created an email journey of three targeted messages to nurture potential leads. Each email aligned with specific life milestones, using tailored visuals and copy to drive clicks to the valuation tool and ensure Belvoir remained top-of-mind.
We extended the campaign’s reach with email signatures and RightMove banners designed for maximum visibility and relevance.

Email Signatures: We adapted the square device as a wayfinding tool, pairing bespoke iconography with key messages like “Outgrowing your space?” or “Ready for a simpler life?” The design directed users to the valuation tool and reinforced Belvoir’s tailored approach.
To bring the campaign to life, we produced a fully bespoke promotional video that showcased real-life scenarios. By using a relatable voiceover, engaging visuals, and emotionally driven storytelling, the video resonated deeply with Belvoir’s diverse audience. Each scenario highlighted how Belvoir is there for their customers at every stage of their property journey.
